    GRANGER MACDONALD (1955-2020)

    By any measure, Granger MacDonald ranked at the very top of the leadership cadre in the North American homebuilding industry. He devoted decades of service to the industry through the Texas Association of Builders and several local homebuilding associations. Granger has influenced State and Federal legislation affecting construction and finance as an industry leader for over two decades. In addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, Granger completed graduate work at the Wharton School of Finance.

    Granger developed over 50 multifamily apartment communities and scores of workforce housing units during his lifetime. Granger’s statewide posts and appointments are too numerous to mention here, but he was 2017 Chairman of the National Association of Home Builders and served as a board member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas.

    T. JUSTIN MACDONALD

    Justin holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio and has been involved in the development, construction, and management of multifamily communities since the late 1990s. He started out sweeping out construction sites and doing carpentry work in high school and discovered a passion for creating housing that he has pursued ever since. In addition to an MBA, Justin holds a BA in Journalism from Angelo State University and a certificate in Managerial Leadership from the University of Texas at Austin.

    Justin is a Past President of the Texas Association of Builders and the Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers. He also served as Kerrville City Councilmember from 2012-2014, as well as on several other volunteer boards and committees in the Kerrville community.

    Lucille has been with MacDonald Companies for more than twenty years. Lucille brought with her five years of experience in the Public Accounting sector and twelve years of experience as Manager and Controller of a family-owned business in Corpus Christi. Lucille has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&I University in Kingsville, Texas.
