Comfort – MacDonald Companies has recently announced the grand opening of their newest affordable housing neighborhood, Guadalupe Crossing. The facility is located at 580 Sunflower Lane in Comfort. Residents have the option of one, two, and three bedroom apartments with large accommodating rooms, and amenities like private patio/balcony areas, a fitness center, laundry facilities, and a pool.

Guadalupe Crossing will provide 68 living units, and will fulfill the need for inexpensive, quality living to people in the area. “We’re really excited about the opening of Guadalupe Crossing,” said Granger MacDonald. “We work hard to provide a nice living experience for our tenants and believe Guadalupe Crossing will help the Comfort economy as well.”

MacDonald Companies is owned and operated by Granger MacDonald and Justin MacDonald. The Company has been building high quality, affordable multifamily neighborhoods for over 20 years and manages over 3,500 units in 20 non-metro Texas communities.
Granger is the founder of MacDonald Companies and has served in numerous capacities to further the multifamily housing industry. He resides in Kerr County with his wife Kathy.
Justin MacDonald, executive vice president, is a third generation developer and builder and holds an M.B.A. from U.T.S.A in Business Finance. He actively serves his community on multiple committees and councils. He also lives in Kerr County.
